PALAFITO I and II are located in Governor’s Harbour on the beautiful island of Eleuthera, Bahamas.

Set in a sub-tropical environment, Palafito I is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, which boasts a light and airy interior including a spacious living/dining area.

Amenities include a fully-equipped kitchen, washing machine and ceiling fans throughout the house.

Palafito II is ideal for couples or solo vacationers. A high-ceilinged loft situated on top of a garage, it boasts a three-sided wrap around deck, Atlantic Ocean panorama, full bathroom, kitchenette, AC, fans, washing machine, and cable TV.

Palafito has private access to one of the most beautiful beaches in the Bahamas, just 200 ft. from the house.

Availability: November through April

Palafito I:

• $1600 per week - 4 guests
• $150 each additional person per week
• Maximum 6 guests

Palafito II:

• $125 per night - 1 to 2 guests
• Minimum stay: 5 nights

Private tennis court:

• $350 per week, unlimited use
• No unsupervised minors allowed under the age of 12 years
  
• Tennis court use optional

Reservation Terms:

• 50% of rent at time of reservation

• Balance 60 days prior to arrival

• If reservation made 60 days or less prior to arrival, full rent required as deposit

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• 50% of deposit refundable, if reservation cancelled 60 days prior to arrival date

• No refund for cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival

(Exception: if house can be rented again during that period, we will refund full deposit or equivalent to new rental amount if less than deposit amount.)

• No maid service included in rental cost
